Compare a villa, bungalow and retreat room by what you need
Use the exact unit, ventilation and inclusions to make a useful shortlist.
Start with your essential requirements
Write down party size, sleeping arrangement, enclosed bedrooms, cooling, bathroom privacy, kitchen use and any access needs. Separate essential requirements from features you would simply enjoy.
Keep a holiday stay distinct from a long lease or purchase. An accommodation page does not establish that a house is offered for long-term rent or sale.
Use published differences to narrow the list
Bali Mandala describes fan ventilation rather than air conditioning. Agung Bali Nirwana describes villa configurations with kitchens. Villa Boréh describes different house formats. These distinctions are useful questions for the operator, not a ranking of which stay is best.
Where translated pages differ, as with parts of Alam Mimpi’s accommodation descriptions, ask the operator to resolve the exact configuration. Do not combine two descriptions into a more generous offer.
Confirm the unit and price basis
Request the actual unit, permitted occupancy, dates and itemised inclusions. Ask whether a quote is per person or per room, whether meals and utilities are included, and whether a practice space or pool is shared.
For a group, distinguish a block of rooms from exclusive use of a venue. Confirm deposits, cancellation and the person responsible for the arrangement. Compare only written offers with the same dates and party requirements; our comparison page contains no live quotes.
